Good professional contractor. Got a water heater installed. guys showed up on time. The technicians were thorough professionals. Left the place clean and hauled off the old unit. K Hoeler filed for the permit Everything was done per latest code. Reasonable pricing.

I called twice trying to schedule, expecting a call back and never even received the courtesy of a phone call. I guess they have so much business they don't need any new business. I cant comment on the plumbing work, but the customer service part was awful.

I woke up to no heat and a puddle under my older, gas-fired boiler. Called K. Hoeler around 7am and they got right back to me. By 8:30am, Ryan was diagnosing the issue. By 1pm, my heat was back after he used an expert hand to avoid needing to replace the whole boiler ($$$$!). Shout out to Ryan and K. Hoeler for their professional work.

These guys do great work. They're prompt, courteous, and friendly. They handle both residential and commercial, and probably even industrial. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

I like using local business so when my toilet was leaking Saturday morning I called them because they are located right in town. I spoke with a woman who took my information and said she would have someone call me back shortly. It's been well over 48 hours now and still haven't heard from them. I know it's sometimes hard to get a hold of someone on the weekends but I waited most of the day today to give them the benefit of the doubt and still haven't heard anything. Called another local company who came right out and did the job for me.
