I just met with the owner of the company, Joe: a waste of time for the two of us on a pleasant Sunday morning. He came to inspect a rental property of mine in Bogota, Bergen County, where a central air unit needs repair/changing. When we walked out of the house and were about to go to my own house 500 yards away, where he was to give me a quote for an AC system to be newly installed for the whole house, he suddenly said: “Oh, I forgot to tell you yesterday when we spoke on the phone that I charge $90 for inspection.” I replied: “Well, my house is 3 blocks away and you are already here. After you have a look at it, I want us to go to examine the house of my friend who is a 10 minute drive away in Englewood and needs a central AC system installed. Surely, you are not going to charge me $270 dollars for a total of one hour of your time, right?!” He insisted he absolutely must charge me $90 per property because “everyone has to make a living”. At that point I wished him a pleasant day and ended my relationship with ARIES HEATING & COOLING before it started. Please expect the owner to remark soon under this review that he never met me, that he doesn’t know who I am and that I am most certainly a representative of the evil competition that is out to destroy him by posting anonymous, fabricated reviews... —————— PS —————— After I shared the above experience, I noticed the highly positive review under mine, posted by a “local guide, level 3” whose name is only one letter different from the owner’s and by a strange “coincidence”, the photograph shows the same person. To allow a reference to future readers, I am attaching a screenshot of that review because I have a feeling that it will be deleted very soon…

Great heating by Aries! My AC went out and they responded quickly. Scheduling was easy and the technician appeared on time. He explained clearly the problem and quoted me an affordable price. Thanks to Aries for a great experience.

Last week , my heating system failed . Aries Heating and Cooling Corp. immediately came and repaired the problem. I am surprised , they didn't replaced parts , and thoroughly traced every electrical and electronic components , and found lose wires on the Low 'Water Cut-off. They didn't charged me at all but a plain $90 service charge. I will highly recommend to everybody .

Absolutely Amazing! He did a great job for a great price. He was fantastic, very nice, and showed me how to work the controls on my central air unit. He really went above and beyond to help me out. Thanks again!!!
