Dear Rob, Scott and Crew, We have been a customer for many years and like to commend you and your technicians for all the excellent service provide throughout our many projects. To name a few: Central Air Install, Basement Bathroom Remodel, Leaky Kitchen Faucet Repair, Main Bathroom Remodel and lastly the new Kitchen Faucet Install (That my wife absolutely loves). Your expertise, timely service and knowledgeable staff are keys to our loyalty. Thank you for your great service. Sincerely, The Marinelli's
We have lived in Hackensack forever. My husband and his family always called you when they had a problem. We had a problem last night and the toilet had to be snaked which didn't take long. I have always thought that the young men you have working for you are personable and do a great job and you answer calls immediately. However, after all this time, I think that you should give seniors a discount; don't understand why you have started to charge "tax" for a service but you are not purchasing anything to warrant a tax?? Sorry to say that you are getting so expensive and after hours it is even more expensive. It shouldn't be like that for something that didn't take long at all. I could see if it took hours to fix but it didn't. My husband and his family have been loyal to you all these years. We are presently renters and our landlord has already told us that he will not pay for someone to come and plunge or snake a toilet for that amount of money so the cost falls on us in an apartment built back in the 80's in Hackensack and we can't do anything about fixing those pipes. The landlord also will not pay for a high cost toilet such as a Toto which is probably much better with the water pressure. Seniors are on a budget and so I think it would be really nice if you gave them a break. I didn't say that we would stop using you but it might be time to do something nice for the community you serve.
