It is ridiculous how much these people charged for a job where they were onsite for less then 1 hour! When I asked to see a rates sheet they said they didn't have one and that he was giving me a "good deal". Always remember to ask for a quote first (although its easier said then done especially in emergency situations where they know they can take advantage of you and rip you off!). Beware of this company and look for other options if possible!

Wonderful service... They always get us in the same day as I call

Just based on my first call I will never use them ever again. The receptionist DENISE is so rude on the phone and condescending.she sounds miserable depressed,lost sole, who has nothing to look forward too..the owner should watch her cause like me she is driving many customers away by just the way she talks on the phone

Last time I call this company for service,after the technician was done,left leaving a mess in the bathroom. The service is done with no guarantee. Really bad experience.

I had an emergency with sewage overflowing into my first-floor shower and toilet, and called this plumber, because the service I usually use was unavailable. It was a Sunday and according to my receipt, the plumber spent 2 hours here, and charged me $749, including tax, about 3 times what a standard clean-out usually costs. Even though the work was done on Sept. 11, 2011, I've kept my receipt to remind me of how I was exploited.
