Have used Ben Franklin Plumbing before and have always had a very positive experience with them. Replaced 12 feet of waste pipe and removed funky cinder block support under old pipe. They did the job quickly, neatly and right the first time. Very nice dispatch and service reps. Have complete confidence in their professional work. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Knowledgeable, timely and friendly from the first call to the office at 8am to the same day support at 2pm from technicians. They also had history of equipment used at our home from previous owners which is always helpful. Added bonus to be able to support a family run NJ business!

We worked with the Loranger family for our sewer hookup, plus decided to use their regular plumbing services for some other work while they were here. They "worked like gentlemen". Very clean and minimally invasive to my lawn. Ontime every morning, didn't leave for lunch, worked right up to 5pm each day. You don't get good quality work, cheap. I would highly recommend them to others.

They were prompt, professional and stopped the leak very quickly. They even recommended a mold specialist. They made a nightmare experience into a very positive journey.

Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, helpful, detailed, prompt, and just plain nice. Their concern for keeping things clean was appreciated. Seemed a little expensive, but compared to what I had, I believe it was worth it.
