Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Frank was great to work with. We had toilets and showers backing up. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a damaged pipe due to tree roots. He had a crew out within the hour and problem fixed before the end of the day including permits with the town! It was hot but the crew was still jovial while digging a trench in the yard. They answered all my questions and left me feeling satisfied that a quality job was done.

I had a pool party day before. 20 kids under 10. Drain started moving slow, just thought so much water usage, so many dirty dishes from bbq. Anyway, knew I was in trouble Saturday night. Waited until Sunday, 6 am. Nothing moving. Called rotor rooter, the woman was so nice and actually seemed to care. Confirmed appointment. Got 2 calls guy was on his way. He got here, explained everything to me, I couldn’t have asked for a nicer tech. Very efficient and explanatory. His name is Leo. Anyway, would recommend rotor rooter to anyone, and especially Leo. Thank you. My elderly parents live with me and Leo was truly a life saver.

Great service. Dave was super knowledgeable and did a great job. Had this issue in the past and had plumbers come out and didn’t do nearly the job Dave did. Roto-Rooter is a little on the pricier side but well worth it. Had to do a little more than he thought but stuck to the original quote. Would definitely recommend in the Marlton area. Very Professional work. They were swift with the clean up and and removal of all equipment. The staff answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns about the work. I would recommend Roto-Rooter a million times over.

Oh no! Kitchen sink is backed up and we are having company on a Saturday. Roto-Rooter quickly sent out Dale, and he did an awesome job. They are the best for an emergency!
