Called them about concern with slight smell in water. Claimed I needed a $155. Service they arrived and said i need a $450 service. Agreed to have them do the work. The following day had a very strong odor in the water. I contacted the owner and he claims the work doesnt remove the odor you would need to install a $2200 system. I have lived in pemberton for 14 years with no odor after service and now the odor is strong.
I never leave reviews but MAN! Outstanding customer service, always willing to step me through a process over the phone to avoid a service call and willing to come out at any time of the night or day!
I love these guys, there pricing is always fair and there always trying to work with you and your life style and every time I call there at the door later that day ready to solve any issues. And will never charge for an estimate, there goal is great customer service and quality work
