Great response! I called these guys at 7:30 in the morning as my AC went out at my restaurant the night before. To my surprise, the call was answered by a person not a machine. I told the gentleman about my issue, and he said he would have someone from the office call me to schedule. 30 minutes later I received a call and I was scheduled for that morning at 10:30. This was right in the middle of a heat wave, and I'm sure they were real busy. I would highly recommend!

I guess my rating is 3.5 (not sure how to do that in Google). Scheduling was easy and Mr. H on time. I had two simple jobs (seriously simple jobs for a professional) and it looked like he made sure he worked for 1hr and 5 minutes (8.32 to 9.37). In the meantime, he had to go and get a small part. After an hour and 5 minutes, he went to his van and wrote notes for 5-6 minutes. I was billed for 1.5 hours. Late in the afternoon, I noticed that water was dripping from one of the sinks he fixed. I had to call Worlfschmidt and ask them to fix it. They were nice enough to send Mr. P and it was fixed. Now, I had to spend two mornings and pay more for what was actually done. So, I guess they were both good and bad. Not sure if I will call them again. Update: I had to call Wolfschmidt again as the bathroom hose started leaking and the technician came and said something has to be replaced. Just finished the work now and charged $205 again. Thats $415 all together. I will never call them again and I will not recommend them for anybody.
