This is the contractor provided for installation of hot water heater purchased at Costco. They promptly and courteously provided an estimate and answered all questions. Although there was a mix up on date installation was scheduled they werr able. to resolve it and get installation completed. The technician, Chris, was very courteous and efficient. So far, we are very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Fante's.

Had a really good experience with Fantes. I was referred to them via a neighbor who mentioned that they partner up with Costco for deals with new Heating and AC units. Originally, I was shopping around to replace an old unit that I felt would break at any moment. I received a very quick honest quote from Kevin from Fante's. He provided options and answers to the many questions and I had and showed patience. My luck, my system broke later that night in the middle of a heatwave on 4th of July week. Though I was shopping around, Kevin and Fante's remained the best option I came across and I was comfortable deciding on them. Within two days all paper work was completed and install took place ON THE 4TH OF JULY. The installers Nick and James were great and worked efficiently as a team. They took the time to be personable, speak with my wife and I and to pet my dog. They worked quickly, cleanly, and took the time to explain the issues with the unit they were removing and to explain in detail each piece they were installing. They showed passion in their work and while they were younger, they seemed highly experienced courteous and ultimately saved me from not having air during a heatwave and holiday. Thanks again to everyone involved in the process. I have already recommended Fante's to others and plan to continue doing so.
