I had a wonderful experience getting a new unit installed prior to this heat wave. They were qualified, knowledgeable and precise. They arrived on time and worked non-stop until the unit was installed. Tim called several times after to make sure that the unit was maintaining the temperature. I would recommend this company. Recently my 92 year old mother-in-law's A/C failed. The temperature in her house rapidly approached dangerous levels. I contacted Tim and he and his team promptly, efficiently and professionally installed a new unit for her the very next day. I can’t tell you how professional this company came off to me I am big on customer service and they went over and above the call of duty to take care of all my needs. I called them at 6 o’clock in the evening they stopped over checked out my AC unit and told me that they will be back first thing in the morning around 530 6 o’clock they were right on time on both occasions they did a neat job they cleaned up after themselves and they were very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to someone. They were compassionate about their job and they understood my concerns and they made my life so much easier by them recommending the right product for my home. Tim and Gary did a great Professional Job on an emergency response , My house was struck by Lightening and blew out water heater , AC units and Furnaces, They both worked around the clock and did an excellent job even writing the report for the Insurance inspector, thank you All American
