Either they're too busy to bother with a very leaky faucet in a tub, or they don't like dealing with home warranty companies -- regardless, they wouldn't call me back after three attempts to get them to come out and make the repair. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but here it is, my first.

So far we’ve been over two weeks without air conditioning. We’ve been calling and calling with promises they’d show up or at least call us back. Yet no response. Yesterday our thermostat read 90 degrees inside. It’s incredibly hard to move or do anything productive in this heat. Hopefully they can resolve this issue and my review might change.

Terrible lack of service. 4 days without a/c with an infant, and told service fri. at 12:30. Then called to cancel because too busy. Highly unreliable and unresponsive.

I used my home warranty service and was referred to this company. The tech called me on the phone 1/2 hour before the shop opened and said he would be there in 1 hour. He showed up, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Could not have been more professional. All I had to pay was a small fee set by the insurance co. I highly recommend them.

Paul is a good honest man.
