All Clear Plumbing

I was quoted for a water heater replacement yesterday. I called in and tried to make the payment but was told I need to be at the physical residence to accept payment, no problem by me. However, no one came to take my payment. It has been a day and a half and when I call in, they say they will give me a call when someone is on their way. They told me that yesterday and I waited all day. Told me that today and still waiting while my basement leaks. They have good communication when I call in however, no one comes up to pick up the payment from me. I'll have to go with the second highest bidder, they'll even handle the permits on my behalf. Update: from 4 to 5 stars. I got a call back and they sent Mike over to collect my payment. I cancelled the other company and went with All Clear. Mike did a great job and explained fully what he did and the permit process. Pretty satisfied with his work and the new water heater.

Excellent company, excellent people. I was away from my home and my neighbor noticed my sump pump was running. After an investigation he determined that my water heater was leaking. I called All Clear on a Saturday at 3pm. The lady who answered the phone was very kind and helpful. They got a plumber to my house in 10 minutes! By 6pm a new water heater was installed and I was back in business. They even gave me a $100 off coupon to use I never write reviews but after my experience with this company I felt it was necessary. I recently had my hot water heater replaced by All Clear Plumbing after my old one suddenly stopped working. They were able to send someone to my house less than an hour after I called and the new water heater was installed the same day. While originally I felt that there were several shortcomings with the service that day, I am happy to say that after speaking with the owner--Ivan--we were able to resolve everything. Ivan takes care of his customers and makes things right. He took care of the permit required by the town and I was easily able to schedule for necessary inspection. I will be using them in the future.
