We are very dissatisfied with the manner in which the plumbing technician handled the pricing out of our repair service in which he started out at a very outrageous amount give the scope of the work and only after my wife had complained that the price was way to high - did the technician lower it, yet, not before texting his manager a couple times in which to do that. With all that said, despite the job being done properly, we would certainly not call them again for any future work. My wife was also anticipating a call from Gil the owner today, 1/11/19 and that never occurred. This is a very unprofessional and unethical business practice!!!
