Set up service for a hot water heater replacement thru PSEG. Was ultimately assigned to Guarini for service. The technician arrived within the prescribed time frame, but all went downhill from there. They did not go to the basement door as requested, when no one answered at the main door, the technicians left without even a phone call. Main office called me a few minutes later. I clarified to please go to the ‘basement door’. She stated that ‘they are there now’ and no one is home..My tenant who who was present at the address was on the other line with me and standing outside the residence. I asked the dispatcher to describe the vehicle so my tenant may assist in locating them. At this point, she told me they’re on there way back!?! 10 minutes later they arrive and contact me saying they have a 40 gallon on the truck that would fit perfect (I ordered a 50 gallon). I had no choice but to accept the 40 gallon as my home was without hot water. 20 minutes later I received another phone call telling me it is necessary to replace my chimney lining at a cost of $2400. I agreed to the repair and inquired when will the job be completed. I was told they can only do the hot water heater today, get it up and running and someone will call me tomorrow about the chimney. They then demanded full payment for both the hot water heater and the chimney. I informed them that I would not pay for services that are not going to be rendered, nor complete. The chimney work wasn’t even scheduled! I offered to pay in full for the services being completed that day (installation of the hot water heater) after the chimney work was scheduled I would pay in full then. I asked to speak to a supervisor at least 4 times between 4:45 and 5:15 and was told ‘no’ or that they would call him each time. At no point was I able to speak to a supervisor. I was not comfortable paying for services not rendered nor scheduled with a company that I have never done business with. The technicians left without completing the installation of the hot water heater, leaving the home devoid of hot water with a family a young child resident. After they left my tenant called to inform me that both technicians present seemed disinterested and unprofessional. They made him uncomfortable and he expressed concern about having them come back. I dispatched another company to complete emergency repairs shortly thereafter. I own multiple properties in multiple states and never have experienced difficulty in this manner. The way this was handled was tremendously disappointing. I have never nor would expect to pay in full for a service not even scheduled. How long was I going to wait for this additional $2400 repair?....how long would it take?....When would it be complete? I receive absolutely NO answers to my questions, was told to pay in full and someone will call you tomorrow with answers. Unacceptable by any standard. Bad business practices, use caution dealing with this vendor.

Please advise your employees that when they cut through a parking lot to avoid a stop sign in an attempt to get 1 car further ahead in traffic that they should at least wave sorry/thank you to the driver of the other vehicle they almost collided with.

Great service! Mario came within the schedule time and was very helpful.Unclog and snaked my kitchen sink in less than 30minutes.Also gave me some advice on maintaining my drain! Thanks Mario! :)
