The technician is very professional, and knowledgeable. He is very thorough with explanation about potential concerns, and did an excellent cleaning of the air conditioning unit. The family member who called in the repairs to be completed felt the cost of the repairs was too much, ... well over $400 to change a filter, inspect the attic system and clean the outdoor unit, though he arrived very quickly, and even waited a short time to allow us to run to the store down the street, and get new filters. When he arrived, he was neat and clean, well dressed in company uniform, and before he left, he documented and explained everything thoroughly. He is pleasant, patent, soft spoken, and the price is probably not something he might have had much to do with except to log time, and provide cost based on work hours and service type. When the temperatures are extreme, time is of the essence, particularly with elderly and infants who are sometimes cold or heat sensitive. The fact that this man arrived in a timely manner the day and time needed, is in itself good reason for at least a portion of the cost. The only thing I’d like to see changed is that he used a cleaner that he claims is environmentally friendly, yet he said a dog died from ingesting the solution, and he recommended not to let the dog out until the solution dried so that tells me the solution is not environmentally friendly, otherwise, the solution would also be non-toxic, but he did provide that information so generally speaking, the technician is to be commended for his service and work ethic, while the solution is something the company owner might consider changing out for a more safe alternative. The service I received today from Weltman was outstanding, the service technician was prompt, professional and friendly. Mr. Chris Dias was very thorough in assessing the current conditions of both heating and air conditioning units. He explained his findings and proceeded applying the maintenance servicing of all units covered under my agreement. I found him to be focused, organized, professional and very time efficient. Called Weltman Home Services this morning (after having used them prior) and they were very pleasant to speak with and had a specialist out to remedy the issue same day. I was notified 30 min prior to specialist arrival (like they said they would). Kyle showed up quickly, identified the problem, inspected remainder of the house to check for any other plumbing issues and had everything resolved within 30 min. He even went above and beyond and helped me hang a painting! Lol! Great service, expert in their fields and very personable. Thank you!
