This company saved me $6000.00 ,BECAUSE THERE HONEST AND DO A GREAT JOB ,HERES HOW. Five years ago I had a MAJOR PLUMBING promblem. It was a backup from basement sink,and roots from tree inside outside plumbing.I had insurance company involved, had to live in extendd stay for 10 days. I was told to call ben franklin plumbers. They used snake with camera 30 feet.they told me THAT my main line out side was cracked and it would cost $6000 plus. I got a second opinion from ROOT 24. THEY RAN THE SNAKE WITH CAMERA 80 FEET, AFTER CLEANING OUT THE ROOTS, THERE WAS NO CRACKED PLUMBING PROMBLEM. BEN FRANKLIN PLUMBER LIED, .Root. 24 INFORMED ME ABOUT GETTING AMERICAN WATER RESOURCES INSURANCE PLAN. I DID .I HAVE HAD ROOT 24 come 4 times in the last 5 years with different plumbing problems.
