I've always found the technicians at Vaughan to provide excellent customer service, and Frank was no exception. He arrived on time and kept me informed of the status as he completed the air conditioner check. He was very professional and I highly recommend him as a service technician. Update 2/26/19 Frank came for the annual maintenance check of my heating system. As always, he was very professional and responsive to my questions. He is very pleasant and also very competent. Matt serviced my air condition system today 7/9/19. He was very professional and thorough. He kept me informed throughout the system check and gave me the status of my system once he was finished, as well as his recommendations. Excellent service!
Technician was on time and very professional and personable. Service was completed quickly and for a very reasonable price. Didn’t try to up sell, just fixed what needed fixing. Will use Vaughan when system needs replacing. Very satisfied customer.
Our whole experience starting with getting a free estimate through installation went smoothly. No issues or surprises. Installers were courteous and cleaned everything when finished. I will be using them again for any upcoming work we need done.
I ran out of heating oil, of course on the coldest day of the year. I didn’t have an account with Vaughan, but that didn’t matter. Received same day service! Heater up and running now thanks to Mike Young! Very pleasant, understanding and a people person. July 2, 2019 Had Service Tech Frank come out today for yearly maintenance on heater. He is personable and did a very thorough job!! Trustworthy company, and technicians know what their doing. I also purchased a service contract for my Central Air Conditioning system, since it’s about ten years old, thought I’d better! Happy COOL ???? customer I am! Thank you Vaughan ????
I cut my A/C line while hedge trimming. Rocky from Vaughan arrived within an hour and successfully fixed the cut pipe, pulled a vacuum, refilled with Freon and tested within 3 hours. Very happy with all aspects of repair.
