Our plumber, Brian did an excellent job of installing our new 48 Gallon Gas water heater. He is personable, efficient and and clean. Was punctual and cleaned up after himself. Don't hesitate to use this company. And of course the quoted price is the price that was charged. I got three quotes from other plumbing companies. Ben Franklin's price was competitive to the others. I chose Ben Franklin due to their home adviser reviews.

We have been using Ben Franklin Plumbing for many years and have recommended to family and friends over the years. They have taken care of sewer and clogged drain issues , always correcting the problem in a timely fashion, they installed our tankless hot water heater and furnace. Rich came to fix the shower valve and knob in a quick and efficient manner. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the issue and gave me options on the best way to fix it. I will definitely use them again if I have plumbing issues!
