Water Mechanix Plumbing

Forced me to pay money with permits included, then promised me I wouldnt have to spend any more money. Township called me and told me $386 for permits!!!! Total extortion job and plumber Mike did not answer my calls or texts after I found out truth and I was looking for help!!!

I was shopping for water heater to replace. Mike gave me the cheapest price out of 5 plumbers so he did the job. The biggest mistake going for the cheap. I have more problems with the new heater than the old one. He took two other jobs while doing mine. It was in the middle of winter. We keep calling him back to fix the problems but never answer his phone. To save just 500 dollars it does not worth it.

This guy is very bad. He lies, and uses bizarre excuses, hangs you up, doesn't answer the phone, and doesn't finish the job. Anyone who gave him more than 1-star is a friend or family member - don't trust those reviews. Look at the majority when making your decision on who to hire.

I was sad when i read these reviews, I also heard that his ex-partner rigged all of these negative reviews. Well, onto my experience. I used Water Mechanix at my house and for my business. Here i will be sharing my residential experience with them and I will post another review from my work account to review my commercial experience with them, both were completely different. Two times during the last quarter of 2017 I was away on vacation and my wife called me telling me that we had heavy duty major sink leaks. One time for my kitchen and one time for my slop sink, total disaster when i was away. We linked up with Mike from our mutual friend Bob Major Heating and Cooling. Mike showed up and saved the day for my wife BOTH times, within hours of calling. Super professional and nice, operated respectfully with no 'man' in the house. Made everyone feel comfortable Charged a fair price and tested all the work he did. To this day both of those sinks are having no issues. He then followed up to make sure everything was OK a few days later. His response time was just what we needed. My first two experiences with this company was positive. He was referred to me from within my network, the person who referred him would never work with anyone who did bad work. Unfortunately you can not rate with less than 1 star. Stay far away from this company/person. Paid to have work done on a shower and job was never finished. Owner Mike stated he would be back to fix and complete the job and gave excuse after excuse as to why he or anyone else from his so called company couldn't make it. Can't wait to see him in small claims court.
