I have had Frey Plumbing here at my home many times over the 15 years we have lived in the area. Alex has always been professional, courteous, and works to perfection at the speed of light. He also discussed each problem and solution so we could be the most educated home owners with respect to the different issues we’ve encountered. Beware....They are thieves! We called for simple plumbing items to be addressed (capping off water lines and 2 drains in a wall and abandonment of toe kick heater in a bathroom. ( very little parts) Two men showed at 9:30am and were done at 10:30am ....thats one hour of work. The bill was $ 783.00. I calculate that to be $650.00 an hour. It is a crime that Frey Heating & Plumbing takes such advantage of customers. Shame on them!! Stay Away!!!
