Very professional team. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Bob has now replaced my water heater twice( had a flood in the basement) redone our bathroom fixed our furnace repaired a waste pipe. I fully trust Bob and his team to come out when he says he will, on time with a great work attitude and do a thorough professional job at an excellent price I suggest if you have a plumbing problem. One star is too high. Negative 4 is about right. 325$ to replace a washer that started leaking again within a month. Stops picking up his phone when they don't want to deal with it. Left me hanging with a leaky shower valve. Avoid Bob vena plumbing at all costs Your response is fine but you never called me back just went straight to avoiding me. This is horrible customer service
We had a hot water heater emergency. I left a message at the # on the site and Tony called within a half hour. Came to look and give an estimate within a half an hour from the call. So very fast and efficient. We needed to replace the heater. He did an excellent job (was also patient with all the questions we asked, the heater they put in was much better so we weren't sure how it worked). He was also super kind and nice. Very neat as well. He just left 3 hours ago (after 10pm). Very happy with tonight. Would highly recommend and definitely use again. Thank you for an excellent job!
Bob Vena has been our trusted plumber since 2005 when we bought our first home. Whether it has been installing our water-heater, unclogging our main line after a back-up, moving our shut-off valves or installing new shower fixtures and toilets, Bob can always be relied upon to come out as soon as possible and to give an accurate and fair estimate for the wirk that needs to be done.
