Peoples Plumbing LLC

I've had Peoples Plumbing at my house twice and will use them again. They repaired my tub waste line on Saturday, July 6th, 2019. Unfortunately, the plumbers chipped the porcelain around the drain. Brought this to the attention of the manager, Sergio, on Monday, July 8th. That afternoon, Sergio had Bill, from Mr. Chips, come and perfectly color match the repair. Peoples Plumbing and Mr. Chips both stepped up and did a great job! I highly recommend both!

If I could give these guys ten stars, I would. Sergio recently installed a new garbage disposal for us, and the experience was emblematic of the reason we continue to use Peoples Plumbing for any plumbing and HVAC issues. He took the time to explain what the issue was, walked me through the process of the installation, and provided my wife and I with information about how to avoid the issue in the future. Sergio's work is always top notch and he always conducts himself in a professional manner. Some tradesmen have a way of speaking snidely to their customers simply because of the knowledge and skills that they have. Sergio, instead, takes the time to answer questions, is informative, and seems genuinely interested in conveying what he knows in a straightforward fashion. As of our most recent issue (resolved on 04/08/19), we have hired Peoples Plumbing nearly a dozen times to repair or resolve everything from our furnace and AC units, to a bathroom sink and new toilet installation. They work quickly and efficiently, and stand by the jobs that they do. Every experience we have had with them has been a positive one and we look forward to continuing to work with them.

My hot water heater got wet. They came right over and helped me to relight it. I have had some other work done by them and been extremely satisfied with all the work. They are professional, nice to deal with, and come quickly in an emergency. They are great!

James & Alex came to fix a clog between my dishwasher & kitchen sink! They were very friendly. They also showed me each step of the way as it was getting fixed. They also added an airrater to my faucet. Very reasonable priced & felt very comfortable having them in my home! Highly recommend Peoples Plumbing!

Two times I needed them and two times they saved me . Boiler at my house is very old and other plumbers said it needs to be replace it’s unfixable . Peoples plumbing came in and 5 years later the same boiler is still working . Now my hot water heater went out and again was told to replace that also , peoples plumbing came in and in a matter of no time fixed my heater and now I have even hotter water then I did before. Will be doing a lot of business with them in the future . And their prices are very reasonable.
