Second time using them. Called yesterday and they got back to me same day and scheduled me for next day. Debbie was very professional and clear on pricing. Dave did the service and he was very professional and a great guy to deal with. He answered any questions I had about the tanks which was helpful. Will always use this company.

we called one week in advance to get our septic pumped they gave us wednsday morning first stop,we work and my wife took off to wait for them in the morning.she called when they opened and the female acted suprised and said all trucks where out and she did not see us on the days schedual,my wife reminded here that we made this appointment and she took off work.they said they would call us back witch they did 2 hours later they told us we where on the list but one truck was stuck and they would get there in a little while. finnaly they called at 4:30 and said they would not make it today.my wife wasted a whole day took off work and missed afternoon appointments. they lied to us and did not have us scheduled . total disregaurd for there custormers and terible custormer service, i urge all to stay away from this company

Worst company maybe in the world. Never returns a call and hope they go out of business soon.

Used these guys to inspect a system on a home I am looking to purchase. It was already inspected by another company I did not trust, so wanted a second opinion and it was well worth it. They were very friendly and excellent to work with. Explained everything along the way and pointed out all possible issues present and future as well as preventive measures to take to prevent future failures.
