It took a little time to do the job, but that was because he did it himself (not a large crew). I found him to be honest and he explained what he was doing and explained why I had a couple of extra opening on the top side of my septic system. The explanation was that the previous septic service company had taken a shortcut and knocked small holes in the top of the tank instead of digging it up to remove the cover to properly service it.
