Marty & Tom came to my house earlier than expected. I’m so used to waiting forever for a service company to come but they were here bright and early. They were able to troubleshoot & fix my plumbing issue within 30 minutes!! I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the service good but they are both very nice, funny guys. It’s a breath of fresh air to have nice workers. I feel like that’s hard to come by these days. I would definitely recommend this company. Even the woman who handles the calls is friendly. Great service!

3 hours late so far, and when we called the owner (Tom Brady) literally argued with us when all we wanted to know is if anyone was going to come. UPDATE: 3 1/2 hours and they finally showed up. The plumber fixed the leak and called the owner who literally forced him to bill us the full amount even though the website clearly has this guarantee "If There’s Any Delay, it’s You We Pay™. If we’re not on time, we pay you $5.00 per minute we're late.*$300 maximum"

I've had the pleasure of working Tom at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Clinton twice now. The first time was when our basement flooded and we required a new water heater. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and the price was quite reasonable. The second time was today after my water heater had to be shut down for some work being done in the basement. When I called and asked if he could do a service call, Tom said, "Well sure. But, I can walk you through the start up over the phone". Tom walked me through the start up to relight the pilot and in just a few minutes everything was back to normal and I saved the cost of a service call. I highly recommend Tom and BF plumbing and when I need plumbing help again they will be the ones I call. GW.
