Extremely UNRELIABLE. As a property manager, I called Karl to repair some toilets my clients were having issues with. He stated he would contact my client or myself when he was able to get there and as I interpreted our conversation, it was to be this afternoon. I contacted my client who stated he had not heard from him so I gave Karl a call. Karl said he would not make it bc he “had too much come up this morning.” No courtesy call. I asked him when the soonest he could reschedule and he said Tuesday (today is Sat.) and there is no way it would be after 5 PM. Nice customer service, Karl. I’m surprised your still in business...I would never recommend this company as there are other plumbers in the area deserving of business who respect their customers.

Always top service! Karl Little has done all of my plumbing for the past 19 years, and he has always been prompt, courteous, and more than fair in his pricing. I'm about to call for another job, in fact. He's done major jobs for me (running water lines from the house to the barn and pastures and installing hydrants was huge) as well as minor ones (whirlpool tub installation) without a glitch. Highly recommended!
