A-Absolute Construction

Scheduled an appointment for 8:30 am to fix a leak. Just for reference, we don't even open until after 11, but I was here at 8, 3 hours early to get this out of the way. Their office called me at 8:15, presumably to tell me they were on the way. When I answered the phone, the guy hung up, so I called back. He then asked me if I needed a plumber and was trying to schedule me an appointment, even though they were supposed to be there in 15 minutes. Clearly, they had no intention of being on time as he told me he could have someone here within the hour. It is now 9:30. Not only has he missed his appointed time, he also missed the hour that they promised me and still no one has shown up. I could still be at home. If you would like to get some work done in a timely manner, you will probably want to call a different company, because these guys clearly couldn't care less.
