Absolutely the WORST contractor I've ever dealt with! RUN from Erik and Pipeworks, they delayed my bathroom renovation for well over a year. Failing to show up for scheduled work days over 15 times that I can document and when he actually showed he never once did ANY work at all, he has a helper who actually did the work. He's also the only contractor involved in the project that demanded 60% up front (that should have been the only red flag I needed) So after the hell of dealing with this guy and the inability to ever get him to return a call or text I finally had a real plumber come in and finish the job in ONE day.

There was a leakage in main sewer pipe. Erik investigated and discussed with me about a solution. After careful planning, he repaired it under three hours, just like he estimated originally. The price was competitive and quality of work is great. Highly recommended.
