Rousseau Plumbing

I’ve used Ryan’s plumbing services as a subcontractor to my general construction and remodeling business on all my recent projects. He and his crew are sharp and professional. I recommend his business to all my existing customers.

Ryan performed plumbing in our commercial build out that was not up to code. He surface plumbed pex waterline. When the inspector in Arcata called him out, he denied there was a problem and made no effort to remedy. He also verbally promised me to finish plumb a sink because our floors were still being surfaced when he did the plumbing. When I asked him to come back and install the sink he denied ever having the conversation with me.

My friend had some work done by this guy and his two workers and said Mr. Rousseau had a very unprofessional attitude and was extremely incompetent and if not for his workers would never have been able to complete the job.
