I purchased and installed a crown boiler from these guys 7 years ago. Last winter it stopped working. After a couple of calls to George without a return call, I had to call another plumber to replace the the roll out switch. Recently it shut down again at which time my plumber told me that the block was leaking and I would need a new unit. Luckily it was still under warranty I thought. After sending photos to The Crown Boiler Rep. he confimred that it was piped incorrectly and the Warranty was therefore null and void. My plumber checked the schematic and conferred that was done incorrectly. Stay away from Mr. fix it, poor service, poor workmanship.

Sal came by for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. That was the last we heard of him. He wasted our time by coming by, asking questions, taking notes and promising an estimate. I'm starting to get tired of contractors who say one thing and do another. I have news for you, when you are coming to look at a job, you are applying for a job. If you are not interested, be man enough to say so. Steer clear of this company, don't waste your time dealing with someone as unprofessional as Sal. Even after emailing, he never responded. I consider myself lucky that we did not hire him because he would probably do the same thing after starting the job...

This is the most dishonest business in the world. They charge customer tons of money with doing any thing. They are highly intelligent, but their intelligent is used to cheat customer instead of to do job.
