I love my new bathroom! The installers very quick and did a wonderful job it only took a day and a half which was great because we only have one bathroom! I love the wainscoting that was put over the existing tile on the walls I have a brand new bathroom. They installed a new toilet and vanity also. They were very courteous and did a great job with no mess behind I recommend them highly! Thank you for the great work.

The entire experience was great. The rep came to our home, twice, to make sure that we were all set. On the day of installation, Eric showed up on time, and worked diligently throughout the day. He took great strides to protect our home, which was highly appreciated. Eric was very professional. The bathroom turned out so beautiful and Eric did not leave before making sure we were absolutely satisfied with the result.

Love it, love it ... LOVE IT!!!!! I'm a caregiver for my husband with early onset Alzheimer's and we needed our 30 year old bathtub & wall surround re-vamped. I didn't have the time or the patience to deal with a plumber / contractor that would take days or weeks to finish our only bathroom with a shower/tub! Bath Fitter was true to their word ... one day! That was it! The workers who came were friendly, professional and neat as a pin! They took the old bathtub surround with them and any garbage they created. Have & will continue to sing their praises to anyone and everyone who asks me ... and even to those who don't ask me!!!

We had an excellent experience with Bath Fitters. We needed our bathroom work done in an expedited way since my elderly father lives with us and an extensive remodel that takes time was not possible. they were efficient, courteous and a pleasure to work with. The results far exceeded my expectations in materials, function and look. i highly recommend them.

The tub and surround are very nice and the installation was well done. It however did not meet my expectations, our home is almost a 100 years old and what we consider character resulted in a difficult installation. Now if the sales person was more knowledgeable or the pre-installer communicated more this could had been avoided. We were under the impression that certain coverings would be custom made in Canada. So we were surprised and a bit displeased how our unique features were addressed and we would have changed our design if the application process had been correctly explained.
