Mr Rooter’s service was great from beginning to end. Our service tech, Wil was very Professional, Neat and friendly. He kept at the job until we were 100% satisfied with the work
I had a clogged trap in my house, so I called up Mr.Rooter thinking they have been around forever and they know what they are doing, I was wrong. They sold me on a service that I didn't need and did not clear the clogged trap. They also tried to sell me on another service I didn't need. I called on a real plumber who had to climb into my roof to get to the proper pipe trap which cleared my problem. Be sure to read through all these 5 star reviews as they seem to be paid for.
The service technician was very knowledgeable, respectful and solved the problem. He was timely. The fee was reasonable.
