Wind River Environmental - Hampton Falls

Absolutely the worst. My service apparently didn't include pumping my lift station. So when that alarmed a few weeks later and I opened it up I was very surprised at the amount of solids. This should have been inspected at the least, and pumped in my mind. They did call me the day of the original service with an upsell for beneficial bacteria, no thank you. I have since called no less than six times, trying to get them to return, but I can't even get a return phone call. I will never use them again.

I have been a customer of Wind River Environmental for almost four decades, and want to say how much I appreciate their service and how they do their service. They are always helpful, pleasant, thorough and customer oriented professionals in every phase of their business. Thank you for your continued high standards from a long time happy customer.

Waited all day as required after a full month advanced appointment and they cancelled after 4pm. Their pricing was very high but we had used them when they affiliated with Rick’sSeptic from Hampton Falls so we thought it would work out ok. We were wrong and will not ever use them again.

Very happy with the service I received from Wind River. The service tech was very friendly and took the time to explain the process and status of our septic system. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We just had our tank pumped by Wind River. They came on time, did a clean, efficient job, and left no messes. The technician was super friendly.
