Can't even rate properly called with a question very rude on phone . Was referred by a friend just sad that the conversation was " we are too busy to do anything right now " before I even got done with hello I'm calling to ask a ...... Then cut off curtly and told that. Not even a hello this is APH just answered as " yes who is this . This is a business right ? Should answer at least identifying yourself and company.

I used APH to plumb/install hvac in my new salon. The work did get finished and the 2 plumbers I met were friendly but thats about the only positive thing I have to say. Tom was extremely frustrating to get in-touch with as soon as he had his deposit for the job. He disappeared for a week and often times wouldn't respond to emails or phone calls in a timely manner. We were on a very strict timeline -one that Tom originally said he'd have no problem sticking to- yet during normal working hours there often was no one there working. They charged me $1500 for the installation of two shampoo sinks that didn't even cost that much to purchase. They claimed it took two men over 15 hours of work to figure out how to put the sinks together (they didn't come with instructions and there were a few parts that needed to be replaced) but when I stopped in, (a hairstylist with no plumbing experience) I showed them how to set the hoses/nozzles up in 10 minutes or less so it baffles me that two plumbers took 15 hours to install these sinks. Overall my experience with APH was beyond frustrating and though the work they did is completed -and everything works well- I would not use them again.

This review is not based upon services provided but of the lack of being able to receive a response from the business. After calling,emailing and using the web form to get in touch after a Friends recommendation I have given up. No response from any form of communication i made after 3 weeks.

Great service and fair pricing. Our water heater died on Sunday, I spoke with Todd at APH that afternoon and sent him some pictures of the broken unit. He had a crew out Tuesday morning and they got the replacement done in about two hours. The crew was friendly and answered all my questions, they also did a great job cleaning up after they were done. I would highly recommend APH.
