M E Pierce Plumbing & Heating

I wanna start out by saying M. E Pierce Plumbing and heating is an amazing company!! I called them around 12:30 Monday afternoon and a technician was here by 1 to 1:30. The technician that Came his name is Pete he is amazing, he showed me what I need to do if I run into the problem again and actually took his time to find the core issue. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I highly highly recommended to anybody who is having issues with your furnace or water heater.

We had a fairly big job with lots of complications. The staff came by multiple times, provided advice and instructions so we could move forward (such as prep and demolition). They made all the repairs and replacements professionally. We will continue calling ME Pierce for our plumbing/heating issues.

Poor customer service in terms of scheduling aa simple repair. Went nearly a week waiting on a phone call, called them again and was told that the employee would relay the message to the owner. Still no response. Called a different plumber, scheduled a repair the day after Christmas.

ME Pierce responded rapidly on both occasions (1 plumbing and 1 heating). They were professional, knowledgeable and affordable. Highly recommend them.

I called them "cold" after 8:pm for a frozen pipe problem - I knew (and was fine with) them not coming to fix it that night, but they were right there the next morning, fixed it and it's been great since they recognized a "fix" for the problem so it's not happened again. Another issue regarding an outside spigot - fixed it as per our appointment, again, great work. I recommend them.
