It was a great pleasure and comfort to have John H come over today to help diagnose our problem with our boiler and water heater. He was genuinely interested and empathetic to our dilemma. He never pushed any solutions. He was great at educating us on our future choices. I would look forward to having him come in the future. You’ve got a great employee!!

John H was great. He fixed our ac problem and we are happy to be cool once again. He promised to get it fixed today and had to order a part and even though the part was late getting here he delivered on his promise. I had a routine furnace maintenance scheduled in July and was so pleased when I saw it was John H. He is such a courteous and helpful person. He is so patient with explaining the workings of heating and plumbing. I think the Trombly company is fortunate to have such an outstanding employee.

Brian and Brendan did an excellent job installing our new air conditioning, humidifier and filter rack. We were very impressed with how efficient they were. I was working in the den upstairs and they were no impact to me at all: I barely knew they were there. They were personable and were able to answer any questions. Both spoke highly of the company and their attention to customer service. We will continue to use Bill Trombly as we have for many years in Manchester and Laconia.

We had our old central air unit replaced which was part of a rather complex system in our house. The installer Chris and his assistant Nat were very professional, neat and their work showed a level of pride I haven't seen in years.
