I had a minor pinhole leak that needed repair. I had called several plumbers and was told they were booking weeks out. New Horizon was able to accommodate my need in a couple of days. The repair was professionally done and the technician was very courteous. I found them to be a little pricey for a simple repair, but the quality of the work was excellent. I will definitely use them again.

Best experience I've had with a plumber! They were fast, kind, and professional. New Horizon really cares about their customers, new and old. We will be using them in the future for anything that comes up at our new home. You just dont find a great company like this anymore easily!!

Called, left message. Got back to me in a few hours. Set up appt for a few days later, with apologies they couldn’t do it sooner. Gave arrival time of 8:00am-8:30am. Arrived at 8:15am with a call from my driveway. Did the work in about 45 min and called me from within my own home as to not disturb me (I work from home) to say it was all set. Took credit card as payment. Super friendly, professional, and effective. Amazing job.
