Andrew was awesome, he came on the weekend to replace a water softener and a toilet. he was in and out in less than 2 hours and not a drop of water or dust hit my floors, he was the most professional plumber Ive ever seen. I was quite impressed when he bagged the old toilet to remove from the house. He also had a great suggestion for my well because my water had a funny odor, and no more odor now. I will definitely be calling them next time I need a plumber.

If you are in need of a reliable, honest, and conscientious plumbing company, call Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating. I called them mid-day Thursday with a water heater issue. From the staffer who answered the phone to the two technicians who showed up that same afternoon, the service was outstanding. By Friday afternoon, the water heater and a few other plumbing needs were fixed and everything was in excellent working order. I rarely write reviews but this team was outstanding and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much for an awesome job. You have a customer for life!

We come to New England to vacation and visit family and stay at my in laws. Bathtub upstairs was leaking to dining room down stairs and no matter who we called, they were booked for days sometimes weeks. Vickie offered emergency help. A couple hours later Kevin and Mike were on site. Leak’s fixed. Cumbaya! Thank you guys.

Absolutely Terrible customer service. Called to have someone come out to quote a stove conversion from electric to gas. Was referred to SNHPH through a friend who is a retired master plumber in the Haverhill area. The lady on the phone was really really nice. We set up the appointment. They called me the day before to ask if we could move the window. Of course I said no worries. The guy Jim I think his name is came to the property. I wasn't there but my contractor was and greeted Jim. He did the quote and left. I called 2 days later as I had not received the quote. I was told he would do it that day. It wasn't. I called 3 or 4 days later again and left a message saying how disappointed I was that I never had a call or anything from them. To this day I've not been contacted from them. Not even to say they were sorry, that perhaps something came up, here is the quote if you still want to work for us. Nothing! What are you guys doing there you don't even follow up on referrals from colleagues in the business? You are obviously SO busy you don;t need to I guess? Aren't referrals gold in ANY business? Would NOT hire you. You guys can't even get it together to even offer an apology. Well the folks who told me to go to you have been made aware of how you treated my wife and I and will NOT be sending any more business your way. I'm sure the service is amazing as the other reviews suggest but as I never even had the chance to look at my quote I can't say

I called today for an AC issue after seeing the truck in the neighborhood. The office staff, Vicki, texted Rob who was working 1 street over from our house. Rob stopped over to our house next, identified the problem and made the repair within 1 hour. So impressed with the politeness of Vicki and professionalism of Rob...Southern NH Plumbing & Heating is great!!!!!!
