The technician who came to our home was very helpful and courteous, and the work seems to be done well. We were desperate to get our water back on, and Heritage was able to get someone out promptly. I liked that the arrival window was only an hour long, rather than half the day, as it is with some companies. We were really shocked by the price. It was HIGH. Even though I was anxious to get my water back on, I decided to pay the $89 for the service call/estimate and find someone else. Rather than lose our business, the technician called his boss, and he was able to negotiate the price down by hundreds of dollars, IF I purchased the membership for $65. We ended up deciding to just get the work done with the lowered price. The work is guaranteed and seems to be done well. They seem to have great availability compared with smaller companies, but you will definitely pay a higher price due to the amount of money they invest in advertising. The technician was friendly and professional.

Very pleasant service man. He was transparent about all work suggesting alternative solutions. He applied absolutely no pressure to go with more expensive options. He was clean, neat and completed all work efficiently. Excellent experience. I will definitely call again when I need more work done.

I called on Sunday 7/21 regarding a cracked cast iron main drain pipe that was leaking water. I received a call back from Matt with Heritage on Monday morning 7/22 to complete a quote and remove the cast iron main drain pipe and replace with PVC. He also went above and beyond and found a clog in our piping as well and was able to clear that. We were completely satisfied with the service Heritage and Matt provided. Intelligent, fast, clean and excellent customer service. I totally recommend Heritage and Matt to provide any plumbing services! Thanks again!
