150 dollars laters, all tech did was use hose to clean ac unit tell me i needed a air filter. I called for a 2nd opinion who charge 40 to tell me my unit was broken. Thank goodness i called a 2nd company. He was able to tell me right away my compressor was broken and only charge a service fee. Unlike you guys who just charged me for doing nothing..............
The technicians are very friendly and polite. Ac went out yesterday, called ll and he called to get ac repaired. I missed a call at 5 from one of the girls. She left a message to call back to schedule an appt. I call back no more than 4 mins and the after hours answering service answered the phone. BTW a girl called me at their closing time and didn't even mention it in the message. Eventually after talking to a couple of girls I was told a tech would call me in 30 mins. Tech actually called around 8pm(several hours later) and wanted to check out my ac some time around 9 since someone else was before me. It was too late, my husband and I were getting our children and ourselves ready for bed so I told the tech I'll call the office in the morning and he can service my ac in the morning. Call me crazy, but, I thought since I was last yesterday maybe I'll be somewhere on this mornings list. Well, nope, I got a call and was told they can't come out until FRIDAY! Btw It's now Wednesday and It's going to be 100 today but we have to wait until Friday since they're all booked UNLESS I or my ll pays for over time. For the right price they'll come out right away or at least the same day you need services. It's all about the $ with this company. The girl had the nerve to say "she can't bump me up when she has elderly, people with disabilities etc that have been waiting since last week".... But if I pay for over time they'll have no problem bumping me up before the elderly, disabled etc. Lol
If you want to pay $160 from Turlock to Newman and only spent 10 mins to find the problem. Rip off
