Beware. These people are not honest. They showed up to my house gave me a high price saying it would take over 2 hrs for the job. It took less than 30 minutes. You’re better off paying by the hour.

Very professional, prompt service. We had a clogged drain in our kitchen sink that would not go down. We called Drain King, made an appt. They called later to confirm the appt. and time. Chino, our technician, arrived on time. He was very professional, friendly, and made every attempt to minimize messes. He explained what he was doing and also their guarantee. They resolved our problem. Pricing was reasonable. Would use their service again.

Had a broken drain pipe which resulted in us not being able to run water in our condo. Dave came over first thing Monday morning and then came back with Dirk and they got everything fixed quickly and had us back up and running. I’ve been in many situations where I’m talked down to like I don’t know what is going on when it comes to repairs and this was not the case at all. Dave and Dirk are great guys and great to work with. Highly recommend!
