Answering service kept promising a call within 20 minutes for an emergency situation. Called 3 times and was told someone would get right back to me and no one ever did. Had to call a fourth time this morning to find out what happened and the guy said he had no cell service and was rude about it. Obviously I'm unhappy from the circumstances and he just made it worse through his lack of professionalism.
