I just have to say I was very happy with the outcome. So thorough and so professional. I will recommend him to my family and friends.

Ali Plumbing are working with AHS and giving unprofessional service. I had a visit from a plumber on my garbage disposal issue. He spent 5 minutes at my home, poured some unclog drain powder and left saying he understands there is an issue with the engine but the insurance will not cover it.

I thank my lucky stars that ALI Plumbing Services is the company that came up when I googled “plumbers in Nashua.” I had a pipe burst the same day that I signed the paperwork to sell my condo. The pipe needed to be fixed quickly and fixed well because the place needed to be inspected by the buyer in 10 days. I called ALI and spoke directly to Keith. While I was in a panic, Keith was calm, courteous, and compassionate. He came out to the property the following day, and saw that the problem was complicated by a water heater that was blocking the split pipe. Removing the water heater (which was wider that the door to the utility closet) would’ve been costly and time consuming, but had he suggested it as the best option, I would’ve gone with it because I needed the work done to sell the place. He instead suggested a pretty clever alternative which required attacking the problem from the back by creating an access panel. I told him that I didn’t think my association would go for that. I called the association and they sounded reluctant. He told me to give them his number, they called him, and he convinced them to let him install the access panel. In doing so, he saved me at least $1000. He completed the work quickly and effectively. I am the type to get at least 3 quotes before contracting work, but I was so desperate to get the work completed that throughout my dealings with Keith, I never asked him for a quote. I was the perfect customer to overcharge since we never agreed on a price, and after a week of below zero temperatures, demand for plumbers was high. With all that in mind, the bill from Keith wasn't just fair. It was much, much lower than I was expecting it to be. In ALI Plumbing, I've found a plumber who does excellent work at a reasonable price. I intend to use ALI Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.
