Rob was amazing! I called him in a panic because my water heater had exploded and was spewing water all over my basement. He was at my house in less than an hour, he was funny, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He gave me a ton of information about the different choices I had, and patiently waited while I made my decision. He then went and got a new water heater and installed it. He cleaned up his mess before he left his prices were more than fair, I cannot recommend him highly enough he was wonderful. If you're looking for someone to do plumbing and or heating, Rob is your guy.

Rob was great! Very prompt, he arrived within half an hour of my calling him, ready to work on a Saturday. He completed what seemed to my unprofessional eye to be a complex procedure in just under two hours for a very reasonable price. Unlike many other plumbers Rob didn't charge any fees other than his hourly rate and for the parts required to fix the problem. Overall it was a very pleasant and professional experience, I'll certainly be calling him in the future any time I need a plumber.
