Davis Oil Co Inc

I am a new customer in 2018. I get fuel assistance. I like Davis Oil so far. I wish, based on my usage, Davis Oil would recommend directly to my Landlord, or even make my Landlord SERVICE my boiler in the basement. Ive been burning though oil more quickly than expected, according to D.O. Receptionist as well, but never followed up with me about it.

Davis came out for a service call, which took one hour. I received the statement and found that I was charged for 2 hours of labor. When I called to inquire about the discrepancy, I was advised it was travel time. This was never disclosed prior to services and seems steep to charge travel and labor at the same rate. I stated my concern and was told by the office they would write a note in my chart as a suggestion. The consumer should be informed of this beforehand, if this is their practice. The labor began the tech left the shop.

Friendly staff, easy to set up an account, and so far has always had oil delivered to us in 24 hours or less!

I have been doing business with Davis Oil for 30+ years and have never had an issue. I never have to worry about running out of oil with their automatic delivery plan (even with the extreme cold so far this winter, they are on top of it).

Always friendly and service requested is always done in a timely manner!
