On the way down the stairs to go to work, I could hear a pipe had ruptured. I called and they were very amicable. A repairman was dispatched and at my house in about an hour. Very fair prices for an emergency call out and the work that was done was very good. Extremely satisfied customer!

Had them out to look at two malfunctioning heating servos that control the water sent to our baseboard heating. They were very helpful and friendly however the next day I checked on the part they were bolting on (no major plumbing/welding involved) and it was only $25 online vs. the total charge of $213 for EACH unit they had quoted me. These parts take about 5 minutes to remove or install. I would have liked to have used their company further but upon calling them about the estimate they stood behind their estimate.

We had an issue with our upstairs tub not draining as soon as we moved into our house. We made an appointment with Keating as they were the ones who could fit us in fastest. The guy came out and charged us $500 and didn't fix the issue. He said his arms were too big to reach where he needed to so he'd have to come back another day and cut through the drywall in our bedroom, and there's a chance the issue still wouldn't be fixed. They were supposed call us back to set up a time for someone else to come out and they never did. So $500 later and I still cannot use my upstairs bathtub. Would never go with them again.

Whole experience was great. Kyle was very friendly. Mike and Kyle did an amazing job at the end putting in new heat tape and installation. Cleaned up after they were done. Very professional.
