Bill did a great job in his analysis of the installation of a new faucet on our old 1900’s kitchen sink with drain board. He was very patient in figuring out the problem and his perseverance made for a beautiful appearance as well as functionality of our old porcelain cast iron sink. Bad experience. I need quite a bit of plumbing work done. Called this place and they sent a guy out to look things over. He groaned and complained, then said he would get back to me in three or four days with an estimate. That was more than a week ago and I have heard nothing. I'm now looking for a reliable, responsive plumber.

They got a tech to my house the same day I called. When Ray showed up I was surprised by how fast the portly older fellow worked. He repaired our upstairs bathroom issue quickly and does fantastic work (no issues since, and others had tried). Ray deserves a raise and we will request him next time.
