Phillip and Brad were extremely professional during their visit. They were apologetic for having to come out the day after our ac had just been checked, even though they weren’t the ones to originally service it. I felt like their reexamination was thorough and trustworthy. Thank you for making things better.

Our most recent experience with Aksarben ARS was a pleasant and excellent one! The technician who came out to service our a/c unit, Phillip, is very knowledgeable and customer friendly. Phillip explained what he was doing during the times I was around and had questions, and he provided a thorough summary of his work today. I appreciate his attention to detail in his work, recommendations for our a/c equipment, and attentive nature to my questions and concerns. Job well done, Phillip!

Cameron was the tech that came by, he was great, he was thorough, answered all of my questions so I could understand. And he gave me multiple options of what we could do to fix my AC. He gave me tips in how to maximize my ac unit myself instead of paying top dollar for someone else to do the same easy thing. I give them 2 thumbs up!!

Mitch Scott did an exceptional job in replacing the Furnace and Colling system in a timely manner. He was professional, friendly knowledgeable HVAC Tech. He explained everything in great detail and made sure I had a complete understanding of the new air-condition unit.
