Franzen's was hired as an HVAC and electrical subcontractor for a home remodel. Their personnel are pleasant to work with; however there were several issues that had to be addressed. Not only did we have to make repeated requests to get personnel to our home, but their electrician made several "executive decisions" that required his work to be redone, parts to be retrieved from the trash, and a very high level of frustration.
