I had a question about a bill and felt that it was taken care of with professionalism and fairness. The plumbing work was done well. I would definitely use these guys again.

We purchased a home roughly 6 months ago, and couldn't help but notice the water pressure was terrible. The home also has a lot of fancy equipment installed by previous owners (water softener, whole house filter, reverse osmosis system), so I was concerned trying to figure out the issue was going to be an ordeal. Fortunately, it couldn't have been easier! Terry from Micro Plumbing came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, made a repair, and we are now in water pressure heaven! He also patiently explained to me all of the equipment we have, what it does, and how to maintain it. Fast, knowledgeable service at a reasonable price. What's not to love?!? Micro is our new "go-to" plumber for sure!

Mike came by and looked at our issue. What we thought was a clogged drain was actually plumbing not up to standards. John and his crew came out and worked from the basement to access the main floor plumbing. They carefully cut out drywall to repair. They took the time to show me what the issues were and was able to resolve. The drains are working perfectly now. Mike was friendly, professional, and prompt. John was professional and cared about the job they were doing and kept the mess to a minimum. Our drywall repair guys stated they don't often see such careful access through the ceiling. I was able to reuse the original drywall and had it repaired with minimal effort from the drywall crew. I would highly recommend Mike and John at Micro Plumbing to my friends and family. Our basement flooded from a blockage in our cities pipes over a holiday weekend. Mike talked me through our options as well as what the city could be doing to be proactive I making sure nothing like this happens again. I called at least 12 other plumbers, water drainage companies and insurance agencies and Mike was the first to take time to talk to me.

I had used a different company for several years. I thought they were fixing the problem when, in fact, they were really just putting a band aid on it. I got an appointment the same day I called and Terry did a great job not only fixing the problem but also explaining the situation to me. The professionalism and the value of the work by Micro Plumbing and, in particular Terry, is phenomenal. I highly recommend them.
